Banana and Apple Flaxmeal Pancakes


Not much to say except these are incredibly easy and blow-your-mind delicious, what's stopping you? Just try them for yourself.

Banana and Apple Flax Meal Pancakes

Serves 4-5

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 red apples

  • 2 cups flax meal

  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • 2 cups almond milk or any nut milk

  • 2 cups pecans (or any nut/ combination of)

  • 1 tbsp ghee/ butter/ coconut oil

Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients together until you get a thick and chunky consistency.

2. Melt coconut oil, butter or ghee over medium- high heat in a large frying pan.

3. Scoop tablespoons of the pancake mix onto the pan, cook for several minutes until the underneath has solidified sufficiently enough for you to flip and continue to cook on the other side. These are so delicious you won't even need a topping but if you decide that you do then I recommend diced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon or my sugar free strawberry jam, which you can find the recipe for at the end, under Sweet Treats.
